Milk curdling after adding ginger
I was preparing tea and the milk curdle. Mood was off. Whole milk spoil.
Let's know what precautions should be taken while making ginger tea.
If you put ginger in cold milk and heat it before making tea, then the milk curdles. And all your hard work gets wasted.
First of all, take a tea port. So that I mixed ginger and tea leaves in the water. Let it boil at 100 degree centigrade for 2mins. Then you put milk in it.
You will see that your tea will be very tasty. And the milk will never get curdled.
