What is Vegan
Food which is made from Plant and plant alone is know as Vegan.
Now the more number of peoples moving toward the vegan diet in recent years.
Vegan is defined as a "Strict Vegetarian" Who consumes no animal Food or dairy products" as well as one who is abstains from using animal products.
The vegan diet is becoming more popular today – even celebrities and those in the
spotlight are making the decision to become vegan.
Vegan diet that includes only plant foods, namely, “grains, vegetables, fruits, legumes, nuts, seeds, and
vegetable fats.
Vegan Diet :
Breakfast:
- Cereal with nondairy milk
- Toast with nut butter and fruits
- Smoothies with vegetables and fruits
- Oatmeal (both hot and overnight cold oats) with nuts and fruits

- Tofu scrambles with vegetables
